This shipping policy outlines our procedures for processing and shipping your orders.
Processing Time:
- Following your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
Shipping Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping Estimated Delivery Time within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Estimated Delivery Time within the European Union: 4-5 business days.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
- Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient's sole responsibility. Customs processing can introduce delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost during transit, please contact Seedlings immediately and no later than 4 hours after receipt. To expedite the process, please provide photographic evidence of the damage, including pictures of the original packaging and the damaged items. Prompt reporting allows us to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue efficiently.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
- Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
