If your order arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your flashcards or books to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, physical products must be in the exact condition you received them: complete, undamaged, free of writing or marks, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1- Email us at seedlings.learn@gmail.com to start your request.

2- Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3- Once verified and approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package, and we will process your refund within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

We will notify you as soon as we process your return. Once approved, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the funds to your account.
